We have just come home from Villa Joan and wanted to leave a glowing review. It was the prettiest and most comfortable and clean villa we have ever stayed in in Pollensa. The villa was clean and really comfortable and very highly recommended. The gardens were sooooo pretty and interesting and the pool ..... fabulous!!!!! Our hire car was brand new and very spacious and had no problems collecting or returning it. The whole experience from picking up the car and following your specific directions was really easy. Keep doing what you are doing. You have an excellent business and very professional. I have also recommended your company to 3 of our friends.

Hello Francisca, we had a lovely holiday thank you. It was our first trip with our 9 month old and the villa was perfect for us. We will definitely plan another holiday there. We were there 4 years ago to Villa Joan and it was still very nice. 
I think picking up the car at the airport is such a good service, all very straight forward. I have recommended your company to lots of my friends and family. One friend used the villa last year and she liked it very much. The only thing was the pool was freezing! It was fine but I didn’t swim this time. The main thing for us is to feel safe and this we definitely did.

Everything went really smoothly including the booking process (couldn't be easier), the car collection & drop off (we actually returned it to the correct place this year!!), villa Joan was spotlessly clean & had some really quirky touches (we all loved the hammock and the creative towel displays were lovely) and the welcome pack was a really nice touch!

Thank you so much for your email.  We had an absolutely fantastic holiday at Villa Joan and we will definitely be planning a return visit next year.  We give 10/10 for every aspect of the holiday.  The car hire was very efficient and easy which enabled us to start our holiday very relaxed.  The villa itself is superb and everything on arrival exceeded our expectations.  I believe the owners do the cleaning and look after the villa so please pass on our thanks as right down to how the towels were presented, with sprigs of lavender, contributed to us feeling that we were going to have a special holiday which we certainly did.  My only regret is that we did not book for 2 weeks.

Thanks for your help in booking this holiday. We had one of the most enjoyable holidays we have had and would certainly be using yoiu in the future for travel to Mallorca.
The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable when I raised questions.
The villa was in a very good condition and the linen was changed during the week. The maid service was also very good and found them helpful when they came on the Tuedsay The facilities and equipment were to a very good standard.
The car hire was very straightforward and the car was clean and was very economical. One suggestion would be to identify where local petrol stations are located close to the villa.
This was a very relaxing holiday and the guide notes were useful to find local places of interest The service from first contact to returning home for first class.

The villa was wonderful and exactly how we expected it to be. The furnishings were of good quality. The maid service was great and very regular. We had to call for a parasol as there wasn't one provided with the villa but think this should be part of the fittings as shade needed particular when you have children. The BBQ looked like it needed to be cleaned.The best car hire we have ever had. It was efficient and the lady helpful. The privacy of the villa and the swimming pool. It was all great and we loved Puerto Pollensa and Pollensa, fanastic choice of bars and restaurants.

We have booked villa’s with you for the past 7 years and have always found you to be very helpful and prompt with your reply.
Not been to Villa Joan before, it was lovely and well set out but could do with some BBQ utensils as there are none.
Car hire, always a good service means no stress at the airport arriving or leaving.
We enjoy coming to Majorca and particularly the Pollensa area so would have to say we enjoy it all.
Great to have the flexibility of pool at the Villa and going to the beach.

Villa Tia absolutely great. Very clean, all facilities and equipment you could need on your holiday. Good welcome pack and pool towels which many companies do not provide. It was cool on a couple of nights and the heater provided was good.
Outside furniture great both for eating and lounging - the sofas were great.

I am writing this email to inform you what a wonderful holiday we have had. The villa is lovely, the maids, the gardener/pool man are all very friendly and do a great job. The welcome pack is also excellent. The satellite TV provided is good as it offers all the Uk TV channels. Some villa companies advertise "satellite tv" but when you arrive there are no suitable channels.
Communication with you was excellent, you kept us informed about everything.
After years of hiring cars in Spain and Portugal, the car pick up at the airport was the best yet, quick, friendly and stress free.
Puerto Pollensa is beautiful and we will hopefully return, maybe next year.

We had a very comfortable and relaxing week in Villa Tia.  We really enjoyed all the villa facilities and made plenty use of the swimming pool.  Thank you also for your assistance with our query about the hob.  The car hire service was also excellent – very quick and smooth.  We’re sure that we’ll be back, hopefully in the not too distant future and we will certainly tell our friends and family about how pleased we have been with the villa and your services.

Car hire very straightforward and very prompt service.  Directions to hire location were very well detailed.  Car was in excellent condition.
 Villa was very comfortable, pool was particularly appreciated, villa and surroundings were very nice and we very much enjoyed the freedom and privacy of the grounds.  Pool was very good for swimming in – both a good length and depth.  Villa was well placed for both Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, both of which we liked to visit. 
The service:  First class, the one query we had when we were there was dealt with very professionally and effectively.  We really enjoyed our stay in Villa Tia – wished we could have been there longer!

Our stay was very hot but most enjoyable.
Before arrival staff very helpful. This is our 3rd stay with you and our 20th year of villas in Mallorca but your company most helpful of the ones we use.
On arrival villa was fine. Everything in place and clean.
Car hire good as always. Please don not ever change pick up arrangements. Other companies hire out thro desks at airport and the queuing is v bad.
We enjoyed villa and resort. Pollensa gets more and more tourist focussed every time we come. I feel at times we are pushing the towns people out but we are always made welcome.
Out of 10 points I would give 9 ,very good indeed.

My family and I really enjoyed our holiday at Villa Tia, there were only a few small issues detailed below however they did not have a major affect on our stay. Based on our experience during this booking it is our intention to book again with 'The Best Pollensa Villas' for next year’s summer holiday, this time for a larger family group.
All correspondence and organisation was extremely well controlled, with little or no issues to report. All queries were handled quickly and efficiently, and full clear documentation was provided for all aspects of the trip.
Villa Tia was an ideal size for our small family, it was very nicely decorated and furnished to a good standard, the grounds and pool area were particularly attractive.
Car hire pickup was a really good process and was considerably easier and preferable to using some of the other airport car hire firms, who often keep you waiting for long periods and try to sell you many extras.
Both the location of the villa and the pool area were our favourite aspects of the holiday, it had a good combination of sun bathing areas combined with shaded eating and relaxing locations. The whole property felt very secure which was a really important factor to us travelling with a young baby.
Overall we believe you provided a very good service throughout our holiday, we visited your offices to enquire about other villas in the area and found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful.
On a further point, several friends have commented on our Facebook pictures and are interested in your Villas.

Maids were so unobtrusive mid-week we hardly knew they were even there. Gret service with the towel change. The car hire was the best we have ever experienced. So simple, no fuss and great service. The area we stayed in exceeded our expectations. The villa was ideally located. Cala Sant Vincenc was stunning. Puerto Pollensa beautiful. Shopping was so close and perfect for what we needed. With a small baby everything worked out so well. We loved the pool!! As I am an architect the only thing I would do to the villa is install a large door at the gable wall from the living space overlooking the pool area :))) Your service: 9/10 (nobodys perfect!)

We had a fabulous holiday at Villa Rotger, we fell in love with the house as it was very comfortable, clean and warm. The conservatory is a joy, fabulous to sit in and read when the weather isn’t too good. The sunloungers were very comfortable as was the king size sleigh bed. Radiators were provided for cooler evenings which we needed as we didn’t have great weather. The kitchen was well equipped but on the one occasion we used the oven we found it didn’t get very hot which resulted in using the microwave instead. Vives cars and the driving instructions were both fabulous and easy. This is a great property for a couple looking for a slice of traditional Mallorca, no frills and to be honest the front of the house needs a tidy up but the back garden and pool area are a pure delight.

Everyone was very helpful and dealt with any queries and changes (there were several) promptly. The reservation went smoothly and all documents were received in plenty of time.
We really liked the villa and its location. It was clean and tidy and had most of the facilities that we needed. The two travel cots were made up and the highchair was provided. The car hire process is normally - so easy - just walk across from the airport and there it is.
The cars were both in good condition, clean and comfortable.
As usual we enjoyed all of our break in Pollensa - a lovely area with pleasant countryside, good beaches and interesting markets.

Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived. Couldn't find the pool towels but that was quickly rectified. I now know where they are kept!
The car rental went very smoothly, could not have been easier. Much easier than going to floor 1 where all the other rental cars are. Also nice not to be constantly asked to upgrade the insurance! On mainland Spain we were once asked to pay for 'falling rocks'!!!
We enjoyed it ALL and will definitely be coming back. The Villa is ideally placed between Polença Port and the Town.
You did 10/10. All problems immediately sorted (like the new kettle). The maid service was excellent.
None of us can think of any way in which you could improve the service.

Car hire is a dream, so easy to pick up the car, with no hard sell of insurance.  The car was also excellent.
We loved villa Malena the garden was spectacular …someone must put in a lot of work.  We loved the outside space, the most comfortable we have ever had in a villa.  We spent a lot of time sitting looking at the garden, the view were amazing, the birds and the sky at night.  Its in a very good position, not too far from town and supermarkets.
We would rate our stay on a scale of 1 - 10 as 9.9
As a company you are very good. 
We had a wonderful holiday.  Did I mention the pool, electric gates, all really good.

Your staff could not have been more helpful from my initial enquiry, promptly dealing with car hire details, making the final payment and sending travel documents
The villa was well presented and clean on our arrival, we met Miguel at the gate and he was very pleasant. The facilities provided could not have been better, everything you could possibly need, even a cool box and ice blocks to take drinks to the beach!
We met Miguel again on several occasions, undertaking pool maintenance and changing our towels mid week. My son is fluent in Spanish and struck up a friendship with Miguel, who gave us eggs, fresh figs and other fruit from his orchard.
The car hire was extremely efficient, the representative meet us at level 2 in the carpark, and we we away in minutes, unlike the long queues at the well known companies at the airport. When the service indicator light appeared, the car was changed without fuss at 8.oo the following morning, excellent service.
Where do I begin!! the villa, pool resort etc we all excellent and totally exceeded our expectations, my family and I had the most wonderful time

Francisca, every aspect of our holiday from the initial booking to our returning the car to Tatiana, has been handled in an exemplary and very professional way. I cannot fault anything in how BestVillas has handled all our arrangements. Totally faultless. You were as helpful with my car requests as you possibly could have been. Juana could not have been more helpful, including personal delivery of the Cactus, which I did actually enjoy driving. No kidding, it was fine. Just tell Juana to brush up on her Bluetooth skills. Ha ha - that is a joke. The villa was just delightful, the best we have enjoyed so far. Sandy loved it after about ten seconds, especially the location and that it was an original old house with thick walls to keep the heat levels down.
The air conditioning in the bedrooms was excellent, the best yet.
When we do return, and I hope we will, it will be to Villa Boi. Nowhere else.

Your services were excellent. You were able to answer all our queries, you were speedy in your responses, your instructions were all very clear and you met our needs very well. Thank you.
On arrival - we were able to leave our bags at the villa early, and Tony was very welcoming. The villa was clean and tidy and we had a full complement of towels and a few items in a welcome pack. Unfortunately the villa booklet was in German, and we are English, but we managed fine as we're fairly familiar with the local area.
We emailed you separately about the wasp problem we had on the first day, which cleared up after a day.
The villa has lovely grounds, pool and general outside space and we very much enjoyed our stay there.
Car hire - we were unable to pick up our hire car on arrival, and had to wait an hour before it was available. The rep from Vives Cars said that was because Saturday is a very busy day. Other than the delay picking up, we were very happy with our car hire and with the ease of picking up/dropping off.
There was a lot to enjoy about the villa. We loved the outside space, with the various seating areas, and the pool. It was a lovely garden with lots of greenery and shade, and no noise at all from the nearby main road. Tony was very friendly and helpful. And we loved having air conditioning in the bedrooms!
Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and were happy with the service we received.

We didn't need much help this time, but have always found you to be helpful, knowledgeable and understanding of any queries we may have had in the past.
Villa: 10/10!. Villa location was superb and it was lovely to sit on the terrace and watch the world (though mostly cyclists) go by! Pool was unused as it wasn't quite warm enough to enjoy, but the patio was a lovely suntrap which shielded us from the worst of the winds.

No suggestions at all – everything we needed was to hand. It would be good if there was a footpath which you could use between the villa and Puerto Pollensa, but obviously this is outside of your control.

The booking and administration arrangements were excellent and very simple via return of email.  The information provided for the car hire was easy to follow and we were driving away within minutes of arriving at the car parking area.  The villa, as before, was immaculately clean and tidy and the location was perfect.  The pool was the feature for our week at the villa and was just the right temperature for cooling off.  The facilities in the villa, with 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, was just right for our needs and we had every meal outside by the pool or under the front veranda.  The only suggestions we could make, and they are really small, would be to have a larger double bed (a 5ft/150cm king-size bed) in the main bedroom along with a full length mirror and dressing table – easier to get ready in the air conditioned bedroom rather than the bathrooms, which have the only mirrors.  These 2 points aside, TBVP have more than met our needs, again, with Villa Tencotes and we will certainly be back.  Thank you Francisca!

Villa Tencotes is a great. The welcome pack was very much appreciated. Outside, the garden is beautiful and the pool, tho freezing(!), is great. Lovely big BBQ which we enjoyed using very much. The maid service was excellent - came twice a week to clean and change towels with a bed change too. A mirror in each of the bedrooms would be useful. Car rental was brilliant! By far the easiest we have experienced and would recommend. The situation of the villa makes it easy to visit Pollenca, Puerto de Pollenca and Alcudia. We found rental staff, maid service and car hire people professional and friendly. Thank you!

Having been to Pollença many times before, this was a perfect location for our holiday, with a lovely sized pool, perfect setting and beautiful countryside around the villa. The roof sun terrace was a real added bonus. The villa was clean and tidy and well presented. I would certainly return to this property in the future.
This was the best hire car service I have ever used in 10 years of coming to Mallorca. The procedures were thorough before hand, and made the arrival and collection of the car so easy; one signature and we were driving away in 10 minutes. The condition of the car was fair, with a couple of scrapes, but it was mechanically sound and economical for the week we were there. It was excellent value for money within the cost of the villa hire and even the extra insurance and upgrade were reasonably priced. 10 out of 10 for the hire car.
The services of TVBP were easily as good, if not better, than any other villa company that I have used. Everything happened as described, from the booking process, to the car hire, the villa description, and finally themaid service. This made for an excellent and memorable stay and one that I would not hesitate to use again.
I would thoroughly recommend TVBP. Many thanks to Francisca Vives and the team at TVBP for a perfect villa holiday – we will be back!

we enjoyed our holiday very much, we were impressed with the service that you provided and everything ran like clockwork. Even though our flight was delayed the taxi transfer was re arranged so it was waiting for us on arrival. The car we had was great and the villa was lovely. The only improvements we could suggest for the villa would be putting mirrors in bedrooms, with a lot of ladies and girls in the villa there wasn't really enough, a king size bed in the master bedroom would be great and some plastic plates and cups for children to use would be helpful. These are just minor things and didn't detract from our enjoyment at all. We will defiantly book with you again when we next return but this may not be for a couple of years.

We booked Villa Tancotes we had 2 glorious weeks in Pollensa. It was clear that The Best Villas Pollensa had really given some thought into what makes your holiday complete, for example, the car hire was included in the package - this was a great bonus! - straight to the car without any delay. Good directions to the Villa. The Villa was also well maintained and we had very efficient villa and pool cleaning staff twice a week. Lastly, but not least... the welcome hamper - we arrived very late so this came in very handy.
Both myself and my husband would highly recommend The Best Villas Pollensa. We have recommended you to our friends and they have booked Villa Figueral and Villa Malena for the summer of 2012.

We felt we had all the information we needed prior to our holiday. Any emails I sent were responded to very quickly.
On arrival our cleaner was just leaving. She had a problem with the key safe and had stopped to advise us of this and to give us her own keys. She had already reported this to the office and your maintenance man was there within about 15 minutes to sort the issue out.
The villa was very clean and had all the towels required. There was plenty of equipment, pretty much everything you could need. The welcome hamper was good and useful. The pool was lovely and clean. The maid service was great, the girls were lovely and did a good job, they even emptied our bins a couple of times although we know they don't have to do this.
Picking up the car was easy and quick as was the drop off - we found it easier than other car hire companies we have used.
Everything was great - the villa was a lovely size and we loved the pool and all the outside space. The location of the villa was great, fairly quiet and easy to get to everywhere.
This is our third visit to Pollenca so were are familiar with the area and we love it.
This is our third visit to Pollenca and this villa is by far the best in terms of location, cleanliness, facilities. We found the whole process from the start to be very easy and we will definitely use BVP again.

The booking process was good, all information was appropriate and all travel documentation arrived promptly.
On arrival the villa was clean and well presented, the only thing we would have liked in the kitchen was a jug. Maid service was excellent and very friendly. Car hire was one of the easiest we have ever known, much better than all the queueing on the 4th floor.
This villa was in a beautiful location, quiet yet within an easy drive of Pollenca and the beaches. The owners on the farm next door were very welcoming and charming, and delighted us with the gift of some of their own wine. The villa itself as lovely with an especially good outside area, the pool was perfect. We would rate you overall as 10/10.
Though the barbecue was adequate we have in previous years enjoyed using built in barbecues at other villas, the addition of one at Borassa would make it perfect for us.

1. Assistance from Administration during booking / documents, / arrangements before travel / information – 10 /10 Excellent support from everyone especially Francisca – Every information / email was provided and responded on time
2. Collecting car – 9/10 Again excellent. Assistant was there waiting for us even though our flight was delayed. Explanation and documents signed and we were off with no hassle – Only issue was that for a family of 5, maybe a slightly bigger car than Seat Ibiza but it was still adequate so an impressive 9/10
3. Villa condition – 9/10 – Well maintained and clean and exactly what it looked like in the pictures. Only minor negative was that there was no double bed and all the beds were single beds. Again we knew this beforehand and accepted it and booked the villa. More than enough separate bathrooms all well equipped. Air condition worked perfectly and one of the best villas we have stayed in.
4. Provisions and Welcome pack – 10/10 Again, we had all the provisions needed for the first day so that we were not rushing out to buy little things like milk, toilet paper etc. We were provided everything we needed and more such as red and white wine, toilet paper in every bathroom, milk, tea, water etc. Perfect welcome pack Cleaning and maintenance 10/10 – very clean and mid-week clean arrived on time and even when we were leaving the changeover cleaning arrived which reassured us that the villa is cleaned before new guests arrived

On arrival the villa was very clean. A lovely welcome pack had been left for us which included a basket if fruit, bottle of wine, milk, essentials etc, all very nice, thank you!

Just a note to say how much we enjoyed our holiday in Pollenca and the usual excellent service from you and your colleagues at Best Villas and Vives.
Jardi was great (although we had to be a bit careful with the mosquitos), but Cristal was even better. Only 10 minutes’ walk to the edge of town but so quiet and peaceful and in a beautiful setting with fantastic views of the Tramuntana.
We are thinking of reserving already for next year!

We had an excellent holiday with The Best Villas Pollensa. Arrangements before the holiday and during were exceptionally good. Car hire arrangements by some measure the easiest we have encountered during many trips. When we had a couple of problems with the villa (largely self induced), someone was round within 30 mins to remedy for us. Very highly recommended.

I am writing to say that we had a lovely time at Villa Jardi for the two weeks to 27th June. The villa was in lovely condition and we all enjoyed ourselves.
The equipment, crockery, glasses, cutlery was in plentiful supply. We even had champagne flutes, which was most unusual, because most of the villas we go to do not have them. The only thing that was missing was egg cups, but we survived.
The aircon systems in the bedrooms were super and so quiet.
Outside the pool was wonderful, we have never spent so much time in a swimming pool. Our 4 year old grandson would have spent all day in it if he was allowed! The gardens were lovely and very well maintained. The BBQ was very good as well, even though it did get a bit wet with the storms in the early part of our holiday.
The hire cars you supplied were very good, especially after you changed one due to its aircon not working on the way from Palma to the port when we arrived.

Before our arrival the forms were clear and our booking was handled very professionally. All documentation arrived promptly and the travel documents were in good time.
This is a stunning villa in beautiful grounds, we came through the gates and went..... Wow!
The kitchen equipment was very good, we had all that we needed and the sunbeds were great. We did not use the BBQ, but, it looked clean, inviting and ready to go. The pool was wonderful.
We love Pollenca and have been back several times, this villa was excellent (and in a very good location).

The booking process and assistance given by the members of staff is excellent. Any small detail is not a problem for them to deal with. A wonderful selection of lovely properties and you can always find something to suit your needs. 
Beautifully looked after and presented to guests we had Villa La Moronera this time. It was perfect. Beautiful inside and out. The property is very well equipped. The owner, Luis, comes most days to make sure the garden and pool is kept in perfect condition. He also speaks very good English and can be a source of lots of local information. Although we had no problems it is comforting to know that if anything goes wrong he is there to assist if necessary.
The car hire arrangements are absolutely top class - no waiting in long queues, you go straight to the multi storey car park, which is just across the way from the Arrivals exit, and the car is there ready and waiting. All the paper work completed online before you go. It costs a little extra but is well worth it. 
All in all a very good holiday experience with a company that cares enough to want your repeat bookings for which you will get a discount on the brochure price.
We thoroughly recommend TheBestVillasPollensa and will certainly use them again.
Five stars from us.

Team very helpful and informative, always responded to queries and questions asked when booking villa in a prompt and efficient manner. Comprehensive information pack and clear and concise directions to the villa.
The Villa was immaculate with plenty of towels and in particular tea towels in the kitchen. Shutters were down which made the villa lovely and cool. Kitchen was well equipped but would benefit from some plastic plates/cups to be able to use safely outside. The local information packs in the villa were very useful. Gardener that attended the property very polite always checked if convenient to water garden etc – kindly gave us eggs from the chickens in the garden!
The fantastic outside area and the peaceful seclusion of the villa despite being within a short car journey to the shops/restaurants in Pollensa. Safe and secure location – especially the electric gate. It was a lovely holiday. Car hire, very easy and clear to book. The collection procedure and return of the vehicle were straight forward and hassle free. No queuing !! We had group G Car which was new, clean and perfect for all luggage and family of 5.
Excellent service offered by your team. We had no issues or concerns during our stay but your very helpful staff assisted us when we called into the office to access our boarding tickets for our return flights. Much appreciated. Have recommended your company to friends for 2017.

Very helpful staff during booking process and during our stay - as we moved from 1 villa to another over 2 week stay we really appreciated being able to stay slightly later in villa 1 and moving slightly earlier into villa 2.
Alcudia, Pollenca, Port de Pollenca area is beautiful with loads to do to suit all ages and interests: history, markets, shopping, restaurants, beach, sea, walking, cycling, etc, etc...
Both villas of high quality, good Wi-Fi and a/c. Directions to properties very detailed and accurate. Local staff very helpful.

What an excellent Villa company. Your communication with us as customers before and during the holiday was good, easy and prompt. The car hire was the second time we used them this year, and they were excellent. So easy, and we laughed as we passed queues at all the other car hire desks, as we walked straight to the car park to find our car ready and waiting, with a friendly representative waiting with the keys - just as your video shows.
The Villa was lovely, and just as shown on your web site. We were also very impressed with the quick response to our phone calls, such as when we had minor issues, such as the battery in the gate key fob going flat. We were also surprised and delighted at the daily changing of towels and emptying of waste bins, something we have not experienced before in all our previous villa holidays.
Our only one disappointment was after asking for a possible early access to the villa on day of arrival, we didn’t get access until 5.15pm due to the cleaners not having turned up until after we phoned your office.
Otherwise, we were all very impressed with Best Villas Pollensa, and will be recommending you, and will most definitely use your services again on our return to Pollensa. 
And special thanks to Francisca, who gave us excellent service throughout.

Excellent service offered by Best Villas Pollensa.  Nothing is too much trouble and emails are answered promptly.  The service offered in the villa if there is a problem was rectified within the hour, we weren't aware the villa was cleaned daily so a so a pleasing surprise.  I will definitely book again as a 5* service is offered from the booking to the end of the holiday.

Villa Marge is a very well appointed villa with everything you could possibly need, and well positioned for exploring the north and east of Mallorca.

The superior hamper grocery pack requested was so well thought out, better than we could have done ourselves.

Your website is easy to use, booking is very easy now that on-line payments can be made. Your e-mails are always full of information.
The car hire was brilliant as usual. It is so nice to be able to go straight to the car park with no queues.
The luxury hamper was really good and it was brilliant to have ice waiting for us in the freezer. It was very kind of you to arrange for my special requests such as tonic water in the fridge. We were able to start our holiday straight away with a gin and tonic!!!
The villa itself is lovely. The beds were very comfy. The garden and pool were beautifully kept. The cleaners were very nice.
Our favourite restaurants in the port are Stay by the Marina and the Bahia on the Pine Walk.
Our favourite restaurants in Pollensa are Ca N'Olesa, Trencadora and Cellar Es Molli. It was wonderful to be able to walk to these from Villa Marge. Great location!

Staff were helpful and answered our questions promptly.
Villa very clean, few lights bulbs were missing but otherwise no problems, liked the fruit, wine etc that had been left. Maid service was excellent. Plenty of equipment in villa,and linen changed daily.
Car hire was good, liked the idea that it was ready for us to pick up at the airport rather than having to queue to pick up a car.
The first car we were given was adequate but there was a problem with the door not shutting properly. We highlighted this to the office and were given a replacement car which was excellent.
Villa was excellent this was our second stay and was equally as good as our first. Resort is very nice but prefer old town Pollensa than the port. Son and husband enjoyed cycling around the area. I enjoyed the pool and the peace and quiet of the countryside whilst being within easy distance of the town.

Car hire very easy.  The representative at the airport car park was easy to find, helpful and friendly.  The arrangements regarding the taxi ordered for the rest of our party were also very efficient.
We have been to Pollensa on five previous occasions and we love the area.  This was our first villa booked via The Best Villas Pollensa, and it was definitely the best accommodation we have ever had in the area. 
The daily maid service was also very good and very friendly.
The whole visit was excellent – I could not fault anything. Top marks!

This is the second time I've booked with Best Villas Pollensa, and, once again everything went very smoothly! From the initial enquiry, the staff in the office are prompt, efficient and very friendly. All documents are sent out in plenty of time, and any questions are immediately answered in a most professional way.
The villa was perfect in every way. Furnishings were comfortable and clean, with plenty of crockery and utensils, and the outside accommodation was both well laid out and very tranquil. The pool and garden maintenance crew were very efficient, cheerful and thorough.
All the maids I met were very friendly and efficient and performed to a very high standard, (I was even treated to some singing while they worked)
The car-hire collection was again very smooth and efficient (I was in the car and leaving the airport within 20 mins of touching down in the plane… Fantastic!) The car itself was very clean and in excellent condition… Vives Cars are very good at meeting and greeting guests, and the pick-up procedure is very streamlined with no waiting in a queue. This is THE best car-hire company I have ever dealt with!
I enjoyed all aspects of my holiday, and have already booked my next holiday with Best Villas Pollensa.
The company are very good in all aspects, and the systems and procedures they use are superb. Keep doing it this way guys, don't change a thing. You have it 'just right'!
I'll be returning next year for another enjoyable time.

Very clean villa and very well kept garden and swimming pool.  Everything provided. 
Nice and quiet rural location but close to Pollensa and shops etc and easy to reach Port Pollensa, Acudia and Cala San Vicente, and also a good base to visit the Serra Tramontana.  The pool and outdoor terrace space with table for eating, and the barbecue and table tennis all made it a very comfortable and relaxing holiday.
he changing of the towels and cleaning the pool mid-week were very welcome.
Car hire it worked very well, and the car was fine for the 4 of us.
Excellent service, we would recommend your villas to others without hesitation.

Just to let you know we had a really wonderful time at Villa Natura. 
The Villa is very private, set well back from the road in an idyllic spot with an outstanding pool, garden and views.  Yet it is also accessible and very convenient for Cala Sant Vicenc (2km), Pollenca (2km), Port de Pollenca (3.5km) and 2 good supermarkets (1.3km).   We had all the facilities and space needed for a family (3 generations) self catering holiday. 
 Everything was clean and fresh with and the TBVP service excellent.  It was our first time in a Villa but we will definitely be back !

Really easy booking process.
Villa really clean on arrival, lovely welcome pack awaiting us, maid service & pool staff very polite & friendly, villa perfect for what we wanted - a lovely relaxing week in the sun. Only thing that probably needs replacing is the kettle.
Car hire great & probably the easiest pick up we have had, car clean & reliable. Only issue we had was on the return of the car we could only get to level 1 from the way we had entered the car park as there didn't seem to be any access to level 2, however the lady from the car hire company was really helpful when I explained & she said she would sort it for us :)
We loved everything about the holiday - the villa, pool, the location of the villa - it was perfect for walking into Pollensa, the resort with it's lovely restaurants (this was our 6th visit to Pollensa - it is a very special place!) & the lovely weather!
The service was brilliant - everything went smoothly and we would certainly book with you again.

We were not disappointed on arrival, the villa sits in beautiful surroundings and is a haven of peace and tranquility. Obviously, there being only two of us, we were instantly impressed by the size of the villa. Excellent kitchen, modern units, particularly liked the provision of dishwasher tablets and salt and a large aerosol of insect repellant. Whilst some people might consider the villa interior to be a little dark we came to appreciate its cool interior particularly when during our second week we had temperatures more like August and it was always pleasant to return to the villa when it had been so hot outside. Maid and pool service absolutely fantastic.
Before arrival: It has been a pleasure to deal with you all in the office all my questions were answered promptly and in a businesslike manner which is partly why we have booked again for 2016.
Car hire: Car pick-up and fuss-free documentation procedures superb.

I'd like to thank you and the rest of the team for a fantastic holiday experience.
The service you provided was excellent. Communication was always clear and and any questions/requests that were made by us were dealt with in a prompt and friendly manner.
Car hire was simple and when the car we had requested wasn't available we were provided with an upgrade with no problems. What was really useful was having the car available until late on the final day without any extra cost which was a real bonus.
The villa was as described and impeccably clean. The pool was spotless and although it was very cold being so early in the season we did manage a few dips - it was hard to resist! The area around Villa Relax was very quiet and peaceful and the gardens very pretty especially with the backdrop of the hills.
The area of Pollensa was beautiful and as we hired bikes we were able to explore much of the local area. We didn't venture out much in the evenings but a walk into Pollensa town was doable. We also had a lovely afternoon in Puerto Pollensa sitting in a restaurant on the sea front watching the world go by.
A highlight of the stay was a day spent walking around Cuber reservoir and a strenuous but short hike up one of the nearby peaks. Scenery was beautiful and well worth the effort although the drive up there was a bit challenging with the narrow road and numerous cyclists.

We have had another wonderful stay at Villa Relax. In fact, although we have holidayed in Pollenca over a dozen times in the past 16 years, it is the first time we have returned to a villa. We would have loved to have returned again next year but Villa Relax is already booked throughout July. We will miss Maria and Antonio!
We have now booked our holiday in Pollenca with yourselves three times and have always found every communication to be very prompt and helpful. Documentation has always arrived on time as promised and been fully informative.
It was lovely to come back to a villa we already knew. We love the gardens and pool at Villa Relax and find the beds very comfortable. The villa is simply furnished, as described, and the layout suits us perfectly. As previously mentioned, Maria and Antonio are lovely and take very good care of the villa.
The car hire is the best service we have ever received for car hire in Mallorca. We are heading off from the airport while others from our flight are still queuing at the hire company desk! The cars have all been almost new and in good condition.
We love Pollenca and would like to spend more time here. The old town is beautiful and has great restaurants, the Port is lively and we've recently taken to walking up Puig Maria with its beautiful views from the top. It is our perfect relaxing holiday. We have recommended it to many people who also now return. Villa Relax's outside space, gardens and pool have been our favourite from all our holidays here.
We have found Best Villas Pollenca to provide the best service of all villa companies we have used.

Super stay at Villa Relax, welcoming to find a company that described the Villa exactly as it was, photos as well, experienced many disappointments in past with other villa companies, "what you were told is not what you got in reality",  congratulations keep up the good work on web, no disappointments on arrival. Maid service was good, location ideal to walk into the town.  We used the beaches of Cala St. Vincent a delightful little resort less than 10 mins drive for us from our villa door. Thank you for all your help to make our holiday very enjoyable.
You were very efficient and always answered e-mails promptly.  You kept us informed about changes to the villa.  We had a problem opening some of the travel documents so you copied them onto an e-mail for us.  This was much appreciated.
The villa was lovely.  A handle on the door leading onto the back terrace was loose but this was quickly mended by a pool man who was visiting.  We found all the equipment which we needed. 
The car hire was efficient and easy.  It was great not to have to queue up at a desk in the airport terminal.  The car provided was clean and in excellent condition.
We loved everything – both the pool and Pollensa itself.  The weather could have been better – but that wasn’t your fault(!) and it was certainly better than the weather in England!
Excellent.  We would definitely use you again if we came to the Pollensa area.

We were on our way from the airport in a very short time and the car was new and clean.

Our stay at Villa Cocoroi was lovely, we had a great time.  Car Hire and directions could not have been better, so easy we were so surprised. Location of Villa brilliant, easy for two children aged 2 and 3 to walk into the old town. Booking communication fantastic. Dear The Best Villas Pollensa,
Your staff was extremely helpful! No issues at all, all the documents were very clear to understand & the directions provided for the drive up from Palma were easy to follow.
Drove through the gates to the villa early & found the owner was there overseeing the clean-up of the villa, pool & grounds, she instantly made us feel very welcome & pointed out the room where we could store our cases whilst we drove down to the port to get something to eat.
The furnishings within the villa were clearly of a high standard & to return to the villa on the Wednesday it was a pleasant surprise to find that the beds had fresh sheets on them & we had been furnished with new towels – then to receive clean towelling on Thursday just added a cherry on top of the cake.
Regarding Vives Cars, this was easy – within 15mins of walking out of the arrivals lounge we had signed for our hire car & were ready to set off to Pollensa.
Once we arrived on Level 2 a representative from VivesCars had spotted us & quickly took us through the final paperwork to get us on our way as soon as possible.
The car itself was very clean throughout & even the rep there had an additional map for our Villa location in Pollensa.
Everything was perfect, there was nothing to not enjoy!
We have stayed in & around Pollensa on a number of occasions (as we enjoy the location for both staying locally or travelling via bus to a nearby town), either in an apartment on the Pine Walk or a nearby villa with another company & we have both already decided that Best Villas certainly lives up to its name & we are already looking to using Best Villas for next year’s holiday to Pollensa.
 Your service was excellent, even to the point of being able to leave our luggage safely in the resort office. The office staff even pointed out that if required we could make use of the showers if required, a pleasant addition for those travelling later on the day of departure, especially those who do not want to just rush away from the area first thing in the morning.
After much head scratching & thought neither myself or Kimberley can come up with anything that could have been done to improve our stay.

Comfortable villa, well suited to our 3-generational family group.  Great outside space - days were spent by/in the pool and we BBQ'd every night.  Villa is conveniently situated for supermarkets and for trips to Alcudia, Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa.  An outside fridge would be good as we found the fridge/freezer to be on the small side but the kitchen is otherwise well appointed.  Very efficient AC in the bedrooms and the maid service was friendly and quick.  Happy to recommend both the Villa Oreano and bestvillaspollensa for a trouble free holiday.

Thank you for a wonderful holiday. Villa Oreano was excellent. So quiet and peaceful during the day and evening. The swimming pool was wonderful and the kids never wanted to leave it! I found it a great location to cycle from while the rest of the family sunbathed and swam. Great location although it was just a little too far out of Pollensa to walk in during the summer heat. The taxi phone numbers in the welcome pack solved this when we wanted to go in for dinner and drinks. We only had one small problem with a leaking sink in one of the bathrooms. The engineer was out within a couple of hours and the problem fixed. Next time we come back to Mallorca we will definitely use Best Villas Pollensa and I have recommended your company to friends all ready. The car hire collection is simple and avoids the long queues at the desks in the airport. We had no problems with the car. Thank you again for a trouble free holiday.

The villa was lovely - really well organised with all our towels and extra bed linen/pillows in easy to reach places.
The cleaning mid week and end of week was fantastic! We very much appreciated the stick blender for the smaller children. The car hire was easy to find, quick and efficient.
We loved the outdoors under cover area (useful when it rained or in the midday heat with small children). We loved the BBQ area also.
We had a great time at Villa Oreano - beautiful setting and perfectly situated in a quiet area close enough to Pollenca and Puerto Pollenca.

Before our arrival, very helpful in all areas including extra bed linens changing and sorting us out a larger car. Travel documents came in lots of time before we travelled.
Lovely, clean villa, all beds were made up and the kitchen was fully stocked with lots of equipment. Maids were friendly and quick.
Car hire: Really easy – I would book with Vives cars any time I am travelling to Majorca in the future. No queueing up in the arrivals hall, rep was friendly and explained everything. Car was in great condition.
Everything! We loved the villa, the location was perfect and we love Pollensa anyway.
10 out of 10 – we had a problem with the heating and someone came over within an hour .
Nothing to improve in our opinion!

Villa Marquet is a fantastic house.
Very well organized, all rooms big and with good air conditioning. Best of all the pergola and pool area. We enjoyed this, especially as there was very hot in the sun.
The house is well located in relation to Pollenca, Alcudia and Porto Pollenca. It is definitely a house we return to. It would be helpful if the house's name was on the door or on the house.
The service from TBVP is superb. It's the third time we use TBVP, as a family, and it's not the last.

The house and area is amazing. There is not much hot water so you will have to space out your showers, dish washer, and laundry. Also the wifi is weak if everyone is trying to use it.

The villa is nice and clean, basic in everything and outdated kitchen. The cleaners came twice in the week which was great. You have to have a car as the villa is located off the beaten track . It was very cold at night so we lit the fire. Kids loved the pool which was really clean and well maintained.

The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole procedure. Everything went very smoothly and efficiently. Particular thanks to Francisca.The maid service was excellent. The villa was a little tired, particularly the lighting. Very dim bulbs and some lights not working. We had a serious ant problem, particularly in the kitchen area but the can of spray was superb.
The car hire was magnificent and I could not fault the service. The access at the villa was very narrow and on the first day I caught the gate reversing out onto the road. The rear light cover was damaged. I rang the company and they replaced the car the next morning at 8am with no fuss at all. Best service I have ever received anywhere I have been in the world even from the large companies.
We enjoyed everything from arriving to departing. The villa was lovely although a little tired. The resort was so nice we booked for 2017 before we left. We have booked a much more modern villa though.
The service we received from Best Villas Pollenca was exemplary. This is why we have booked with you for 2017. We have booked villas in Florida, Spain, Portugal and even Britain but we have never had service like the service you provide. Many thanks to the whole team.

The villas was clean and well equipped. Everything worked and wifi was an unexpected bonus.   The food pack was good. Plenty of towels and no problems with the maid service.
We like the resort, the Best Pollensa company, the mallorcan people, the convenience for shopping and driving. 
Marquet - lovely traditional villa. Nice art work, furnishings and outdoor area. Good size bedrooms, well equipped.
Cristal - lovely situation closer to the mountains, lovely pool, large spacious property.

I found your staff very helpful with all my questions thank you.
The villa was perfect, everything we needed was there, the maids and gardeners were extremely friendly and efficient. Our only criticism was that the maids did not finish cleaning the villa until about 5pm on the day of our arrival. However this was soon forgotten once we got to explore your lovely villa.
We enjoyed everything at the villa, especially the wonderful pool which we used every day. We liked the tennis court, and used some of the exercise equipment - however the running machine did not work. Port Pollensa is a lovely place, everything we needed was there - lovely beach, great restaurants, boat trips, scuba diving, souveneir shopping. From there we drove up the mountains and visited Campanet Caves, what a great place to be on holiday!
The car hire couldn’t have been easier. The rep was waiting for us at the carpark when we collected the car, also when we took it back.
We had a really lovely holiday at Cisterna and would love to come back there one day.
We were more than happy with Best Villas Pollensa and the way we were looked after, we would definitely book with your company again if we wanted another holiday in Mallorca.

Staff always very helpful from the start,nothing is to much trouble.
Arrived at the villa to finds everything fine. The 2 ladies that looked after the villa were first class also the guy that looked after the grounds etc.
The car hire is great  and  no long waits for car.
We love Pollensa  the indoor pool and grounds were very good.
Service overall was excellent and  we all agree rating 10/10.

Feedback for you.  We could not fault Villa Cisterna, fantastic! Arriving late, car hire collection was perfect, and drop off.  Directions to villa good even in the dark.  First time to Mallorca, impressed with Pollensa area.  Our base could not have been better, facilities at the Villa were more than we hoped for all used and enjoyed.  Nice to have pool towels supplied, maids helpful, did a good job, we spent our time mainly around the pool, bonus too, weather warmer than we expected, A relaxing holiday arranged by The Best and impressed with your services, if the good standards of Villa Cisterna are anything to go by,beyond our expectations, especially villas with choice of tennis courts, gym.   Thanks for the extras in the welcome hamper, we requested as arriving late at night! We took your tip Jennifer, went to Pollensa Market Sunday morning it was very enjoyable!
Hope to reserve with you again next year, if not Cisterna, a larger villa depending on our party size. Good to know we get 5% discount as a repeat loyalty guest for our next booking.

Pool beyond our imagination in reality on arrival at Cisterna.  During booking staff helpful, travel documents sent on time, good directions, the free welcome hamper and wine sufficient until we got to the supermarket.  Villa condition and cleans spotless on arrival, as described on your web, welcoming as you never know! we enjoyed the gym equipment facilities,  tennis court, perhaps better to come earlier as it was very hot, kitchen facilities supplied good everything we needed and more, two fridges came in handy,maids friendly and efficient during our holiday, the pool was sparkling and clean every day it was the biggest pool we have ever enjoyed at any Villa.   Thank you all, we hope to return in 2014.

On arrival: Villa presented very good. Everything clean and ready.
Car hire: Cars very good. Process worked. Service good at airport apart from 1 issue. A baby seat had been fitted to one car but needed adjustment.
We enjoy most, the outside space and pool for a family with young children. And the adults sitting outside after the children went to bed with a meal and a drink.
Very good. Would want to use you again. Excellent family villa in the right position and in walking distance of the town.

We had a very enjoyable vacation.
Car collection at the airport went very smoothly.
Villa was very good with no complaints from any of the party. We only cooked once but were more than with the 2 fridges.
Instructions and information pack were excellent and provided all information you would need.
The men had 4 good days cycling while the ladies enjoyed the Pool.
Our only negative observation would be the approach road to the Villa main gate needs some attention but  this would not preclude us from booking again.
We are all considering returning next year and Best Villas will be our first choice to view villa availability.

superb Villa Aumadrava.  Gardens spectacular, we enjoyed the villa and grounds. Good directions getting us to our base.  No long ques for car hire collection.  Maid service good.  Weather was glorious and put the icing on the case of a wonderful villa and holiday.  Thank you all.

Since the first contact with Best Villas Pollensa, through the whole ordering and payment process and after that clarification of our questions, and last the but not least the very good information about our stay and Villa (Villa Verd), the administration at BVP was very service oriented, helpful and fast in all contacts. All in all a very good experience. The organization of the car hire, allowed a very fast check in process and hand over of the car we rented, so in few minutes after we entered the parking house 2nd floor in the airport we were on our way to our Villa, and the same after we returned the car, excellent setup.
The Villa we rented “Villa Verd” was exactly as described at the website including the pictures, and in a nice quiet location at the food of the mountains near Pollenca (great view), and yet close to the bay and beach of Cala Sant Vicenc, Port Pollenca and Alcudia beach. The Villa was very well cleaned before we arrived, the beautiful garden was well groomed and the pool with nice clear water. We spent 2 weeks here (4 adult and 2 kids) and there was plenty space for all of us, also at the terrace where we found nice cool shadow during the day. The Pool was off course a hit where we spent quit some hours. This place is absolutely a small oasis, with the old style house and the fantastic garden with the many many  flowers, trees, bushes and a green lawn which was automatically watered during night, it created this special cool and fresh feeling during the day and evening.
It was from start to end one of the best vacation we ever have had, and we can recommend the service of Best Villas Pollenca and Villa Verd.

We loved Villa Hort especially the way the original features have been retained. It was lovely to be close to the old town but feel as if you were in the middle of the countryside. It is lovely to come away knowing that everything from the car to the villa is going to go smoothly and if there were to be any problems they are always dealt with. Thank you for a great holiday  we had a lovely stay,  Pollensa is somewhere we will definitely return to.
We were dealt with at all times efficiently and with courtesy and charm. Your staff were at all times lovely to deal with.
The villa was excellent and the furnishings, linen and towels, kitchen equipment etc were all very good.
The maid service exceeded our expectations and the two lovely ladies looked after us very well. 
The villa was perfect for our family group, the pool was excellent and the garden, outbuildings and the setting were outstanding. The area is wonderful and our sons who are cyclists really enjoyed some of the challenging riding, Sa Calobra and Cap Formentor in particular.

Villa Hort is a fabulous villa! Our kids did not want to go back at home, one of them learnt to swim in the pool.
On our arrival the house was very clean, and the maids made a good job during the week. The kithchen equipment, bed linen, pool towels, the sun beds was very good.... we had all that we needed.
The service of the car hire company was superb, very easy to collect and return the car at the airport.

We really did have a great time, the whole experience was fantastic from booking to car hire to the villa and facilities, the cleaners and overall we had the best family holiday we’ve ever had. The views of the mountains from the villa were spectacular.
Everything was done efficiently and all issues and questions answered swiftly and a very easy process
Car hire very easy, though didn’t get a text as per the instructions, but better still was a person on site to help with the process.
The whole outside space was wonderful, we played tennis every day, used the pool (though it was very deep for much of the length of the pool which was a slight difficulty for my two boys), but didn’t detract in anyway. We had every meal outside.
10/10 even when we had an issue with the Iron and then an air-con unit and the water pump all were sorted very quickly and efficiently

If you want spectacular mountain views , a gorgeous Spanish Villa, bells ringing on sheep all around then please come here . It is absolutely gorgeous and set in the mountains surrounding you in the gorgeous town of Pollensa! A car is offered free with the Villa which is great. Driveway narrow so would not suggest renting any other car. Locating road to Villa off MA10 is a blue hiking sign for landmark which is helpful- dirt road to the Villa is on left . All rooms are very clean and spacious with beautiful furniture . So charming !! Great hiking trail in back of Villa. Beautiful pool. Pollensa is a beautiful medieval town. Don't miss the drive to Cap de Formentor, and also go at sunset - stunning ! Beaches about 15 mins away in Calle Saint Vincent. Port of Pollensa is so pretty with great reataurants. Don't miss the drive to Sa Calobra with crazy switchback roads and incredible mountain views ! Cove at end of this drive is beautiful !! So many things to do here - golfing at Golf de Pollensa is beautiful !! The host was very communiticatve by email and answered all my questions , we did not meet them during our stay but check in is very easy and seamsless . I would highly recommend this absolutely gorgeous Villa and location and we can't wait to come back!! Bring your own soap.

Thank you so much for this. I have no comments to improve the service we received. Everything was very organised, efficient, friendly and the villa was perfect. Very well maintained, excellent & lovely cleaners each day and a beautiful villa. We were very happy with everything and would not hesitate to use the company again. The only comment from our friends was for caffeinated coffee in the welcome hamper as we only received decaffeinated! I don't drink coffee so did not mind at all!

Excellent Tatoli is a great villa with great outside space.
Having stayed the week before in another villa in Pollensa we found Tatoli internally to be quite dated and tired and could do with the kitchen and bathrooms modernising

Staff were very helpful with all aspects of booking and travel.
Pool towels were missing but staff quickly corrected this a few minutes after telephoning.
Car hire very easy to book, collect and return. It saved us a lot of time.
We have been to the area on 4 previous occasions. We like the resort very much. The villa and pool were both very good. The children loved the pool.
Overall very good service 9.5/10. There were a few issues (electrical, plumbing, ) but all dealt with very quickly when reported.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and hope to be back soon. We would definitely use TheBestVillasPollensa again. 
We found the staff extremely helpful and any queries and requests we had were dealt with straightaway.
The Welcome Pack was an unexpected pleasure and wine/fruit good quality. The villa was exactly as described and exceeded our expectations. Although stated that a daily clean included the daily change of towels and bed making was an added pleasure. The towels smelt lovely and the bedding of good quality. Also great to have duvets on the bed. Rubbish also taken away daily.
The car hire was extremely easy and request for additional driver dealt with promptly. Met at airport on arrival and departure.
The villa is in a lovely secluded spot so able to enjoy outdoor music at night. Within easy reach of Pollensa Old Town, Port Pollensa, Cala Vicente and Cala Molins (our favourite beach) also the Eurospin Supermart (15 mins walk).
We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to any large group - a great spot for a special birthday.

We found the staff to be very helpful and very quick to respond to any questions or queries. They where also pro-active in that they reserved the Villa for me for 48hrs based on my initial enquiry to ensure it did not get booked by someone else whilst I made up my mind.
The outside areas of the Villa are spectacular and having the gym / tennis / table tennis and goal nets was a real bonus. The Villa was very clean and the maid service was excellent and they did some added extras's e.g. rubbish disposal which was really helpful. The Villa had everything we needed and was well equipped.
This was fantastic service - really quick and easy and delighted that there where no hidden extras when we arrived. Instructions very easy to follow.
We had a great holiday so it's hard to pick out anything particular! Having said that we loved the pool, it was a good size and very clean. The b-b-q area was also good, close enough to the villa but without getting everything smelling of cooking.
I would rate our stay as excellent and would have no hesitation of recommending your company to anyone travelling to the Pollenca area.

Vila Tatoli was lovely and clean.  No problems apart from the ants which we fully understand is due to the country location.
Cars were fairly new and very adequate. 
We absolutely loved the Villa, it was in a beautiful location and had all amenities which we used.  We would not hesitate in recommending this villa to friends and family.  We love the old town of Pollensa and the Port.

Some feedback: All members of our party thought the levels of service from Best Villas Pollensa was exceptional. In fact by far the best service from any travel company we have used. This was the first time my wife and I were travelling with our baby daughter, so it was very important to us on this holiday to feel comfortable that things would go smoothly, and you absolutely achieved that. All our emails were responded to in a very short space of time, the booking requirements taken were very comprehensive. The car hire arrangement that you organised with us was great value and went very smoothly. We found the car hire contacts very friendly and professional and handover very easy. Having a zero excess / fully comprehensive policy was perfect for us. We would not change anything about this at all, and would definitely use this service in future. The villa actually surpassed our (already high) expectations. In short, we will certainly be booking any future Majorca trips through you. We are keenly awaiting you publishing 2013 holiday prices on your website. Keep up the good work.

 Thank you for a wonderful stay at Villa Marinetta w/b 1st October.
The car upgrade and pick up from the airport couldn’t have been smoother. Your directions to the villa were clear and we had no problems finding it, even in the dark!
The road to the Villa from the Cockerel roundabout is very narrow in places and care needs to be taken, particularly if you are driving a Citroen Jumpy, which is a bit wider than most vehicles.
It might be worth adding a little warning to others in your documentation, if they upgrade to a similar vehicle?
 The villa was everything we could have hoped for and the cleaning service, twice during the week was first class.
The tray of goodies and items in the fridge were very welcome, given our late arrival time, and I hope the food & drink we left were appreciated by the next guests.
All eight of us were very impressed with the rooms and facilities, the pool became a favourite relaxation spot after a hard days cycling!
 Thank you for your help and advice with the booking, it really could not have been easier. We will definitely use you again, the next time we visit Mallorca.

Thank you so much for our wonderful holiday. We had an absolutely super time at Villa Marineta and I would be more than happy to answer the questionnaire. I was extremely happy with how helpful the staff were. All questions that I had were answered very quickly including the booking, reservation and travel documents. I felt completely at ease with the whole booking procedure knowing how knowledgeable the staff were.
The villa was spotless and clean on our arrival and exactly as described. It suited our extended family of 11 - from young babies to older parents, I couldn't fault anything apart from the absence of the hired 2nd cot and highchair but a quick telephone call to the office to report this resulted in the arrival and set up of both within a couple of hours. Perfect response - thank you. It was extremely handy to have separate towels for the pool as well as the house. The superior 'hamper' which we ordered was amazing - plenty of food and drink and no need to go rushing out to stock up. Definitely a great idea and we would order this again.
This was the easiest car hire procedures we have every experienced. To be able to walk out of the airport and go straight to the car park where the cars were waiting with no long queues was brilliant. I would definitely use this company again. And it was just as easy to drop the cars back at the end of the holiday. The cars were as described.
We all loved the villa, pool & tennis court. The view from the villa was amazing overlooking the mountains. It was lovely not being overlooked by anybody else. The outside set up was perfect for a large family and we regularly had BBQs in the evening, played table tennis and generally jumped in the pool when it was scorchio!
I would rate your services as 10/10. You answered any questions within a very quick time, you were courteous and I would recommend you to all my friends. I would also say that our stay was 10/10 - exactly what we wanted and where we wanted. It was an amazing holiday and we all felt very relaxed as soon as we picked up the cars and then arrived at the villa. Thank you for a wonderful time. We will use your company again.

You were all very helpful, your answers were useful and came very quickly.
The appearance of villa was very good. It was exactly as expected.
Maid service ok. Nice and kind ladies did their job quick and to our full satisfaction.
Car hire procedures are easy, avoiding queue at the common desks in airports!
The cars ok - no problems!
We enjoyed absolutely most the pool as it was extremely warm weather, and all had a lot of fun in the pool, but everything around the Villa was nice, the terrasses around the pool, the garden and most of all the view over the landscape with olive trees, and all the sheeps tinkling their bells and baaing. It was extremely charming!! We also loved the view over the Mountains.
We also had some fun in the tennis court, but it nearly was too hot for running around.
I think you did all the best, and we rate our stay to the highest grade!
