Villa Verd (Cala St. Vicente) Mallorca

This charming single storey Villa in Pollensa built in the style of a Mallorcan traditional finca, is nestled in an appreciated countryside area. It affords easy access to both the beautiful cove beaches of Cala St. Vincent a mere 2km approx away and old town Pollensa approx 10 mins drive.

Entry gates lead you into the grounds of the villa. 2 steps lead up to the front door which opens into an open-plan lounge/ dining. The lounge with its stylish décor of burnt orange comfy sofas and feature spot lights above, adds a modern touch, enhancing this typical Spanish style home.

Directly off the dining area a door leads into the country style fully fitted kitchen with its breakfast table and chairs, french look kitchen dresser, and separate pantry. A door leads out to the covered terrace, BBQ, pool and gardens.

Archway leads off the lounge to your left into a small inner corridor.

To the right is a modern complete bathroom with shower over the bath nicely decorated in light beige and white tiles.  Also on the right is a twin bedroom.

At the end of the corridor is a further twin bedroom with fitted wardrobe.

Leading off the lounge area to your right is the large master double bedroom with its en suite complete bathroom with shower over the bath.

A fourth bedroom, a twin bedroom with en suite complete bathroom is accessed by an exterior door via the covered terrace, this bedroom has direct access to the delightful well cared for gardens and pool – this bedroom would be “ideal for friends, elder children or nanny”.

Located at the back of the Villa is the lovely pool slightly elevated accessed by two steps surrounded by open sun terrace and complimented by lower lawns on two sides. The pool is set amongst established gardens and plants.

Adjacent to the pool area is the large covered terrace with its patio table and chairs which includes the purposely built-in stone BBQ, excellent area for outside entertaining and al fresco dining. The terrace, BBQ and pool all enjoy extensive views of the mountains and countryside beyond.

· Cleaning service: 1 mid week day or 2, depending on the villa (day may vary). (Except Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays or where indicated otherwise).

· Less than 7 days bookings: no maid service is included.
· In winter, all villas have one mid-week cleaning day.
· Pool towels changed during two week stays only.
