Villa Borrassa (Pollensa) Mallorca

Perched high in one of the most appreciated areas of the Pollensa region is Villa Borrassa with its breathtaking views across the mountains and surrounds of the March Valley.

Gates open up to the villas driveway that leads you up to the Villa. 12 stone steps take you to a delightful covered terrace over the front door, this terrace has lovely views.

The front door opens into a spacious light and airy lounge/dining area stylishly furnished with its beige and white theme, including its white dining table and chairs.

A door leads directly off lounge dining into a super large modern fully fitted kitchen with its black kitchen fitments and fittings and breakfast table and chairs. There is a door that leads out to the exterior from the kitchen.  Also,leading off the kitchen is a separate utility room which houses the washing machine.

To the right of the entry through a feature stone arch leads to an inner hallway. On the right are 2 nicely decorated twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. On the left a stylish modern shower room with step in shower recess and towel rail facility.

At the end of the hallway on the left is the master double bedroom with its freestanding wardrobe and en suite complete bathroom with shower over the bath. Glass sliding doors lead out of this bedroom onto an uncovered balcony.

The fabulous large pool which is located to the side of the villa and surrounded by large sun terraces on three. The pool is accessed by 5 steps down off the main covered terrace.

The villas covered entertaining area that includes a 2nd fridge along with its freestanding uncovered BBQ adjacent to the pool, idyllic spot for outdoor relaxing and al fresco eating, as both the BBQ area and pool command stunning views of the mountains beyond.

There is also an exterior shower room.

Villa Borrassa style is a touch of both traditional and modern flare throughout. An ideal villa for those who love a large pool with wonderful mountain views, yet not far away from all amenities of Pollensa town and beaches of Cala St. Vincent and Puerto Pollensa.( Note. due to the villas elevated position villa may not prove suitable for those with walking difficulties,elderly,or very young children who may need supervision around the swimming pool and terrace, despite guard rails surrounding pool on three sides of the pool).

VILLAS

· All villas accommodations will be FULLY cleaned and prepared on your arrival day.
· Bedlinen is changed weekly for two week stays. (Days may vary).
· Mid-week cleans include change of towels, bed making, cleaning of bathrooms, shower rooms, kitchens (does not include washing up).
· Cleaning service: 1 mid week day or 2, depending on the villa (day may vary). (Except Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays or where indicated otherwise).
· (The cleaning service is specified in the description of each villa).
· Less than 7 days bookings: no maid service is included.
· In winter, all villas have one mid-week cleaning day.
· Pool towels changed during two week stays only.
