All our Villas are passed and certified by the Spanish Tourist Authorities ETV to be allowed to rent legally.
There is a 6 yearly inspection to ensure all our villas comply with the current Certificates they hold.
SPANISH CONSELLERIA DE TOURISME
We are registered members with Conselleria de Tourisme. Membership CE/54 as noted on our website homepage and within our Terms and Conditions. Membership requires both bonding and membership fee. We are expected to comply with the strong code of ethics, precedents and protocol expected under our Membership, as such, being a member gives both security and protection to all clients who travel with The Best Villas Pollensa.
