Villa Jardi charming and spacious, a residential Villa in Pollensa located in the appreciated area of La Font on the outskirts of Pollensa.

Iron gates take you into the Villas private grounds.Stone pathway leads you through the established gardens with its abundance of pampas grass and pine trees. Steps lead up to an enormous covered naya wrap around terrace with its stylish table and chairs up to the front door.

Entry door takes you into a large light and airy lounge -dining which has French doors that open out onto the covered terrace. Directly off the lounge-dining is a small lobby. Infront of you is a complete bathroom with shower over the bath decorated in blue and white tiles.

To the right leads into the fabulous large family country style kitchen fully fitted and pine dining table and chairs. One set of doors lead out onto the covered terrace with further large table and chairs for al fresco eating, which overlooks both the gardens and pool. the second door leads directly out to the exterior and covered BBQ entertaining area with its table tennis, accessed down by 4 steps.

Adjacent to the BBQ area is a further exterior shower bathroom and large utility room.

Off the lobby french doors lead down a long corridor. To your right is a delightful twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes decorated in pastel greens and stylish wrought iron headboards. A further twin bedroom in sunny bright yellows with fitted wardrobes, and finally the double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and lounge chair. Located in this area is a further complete bathroom with shower over the bath decorated with pretty yellow and green flowered tiles.

The wonderful pool is set amongst established gardens with stunning views of the mountains beyond, and is surrounded by lawns

Villa Jardi not only offer a good location walkable into old town Pollensa and its amenities not forgetting the local sunday market, yet is a well designed Mallorca Villa which combines a mix of classic and modern décor with feature spot lights throughout, spacious Interior, large covered terraces with ample furniture is a must for al fresco entertaining, wonderful garden and surrounds, with the beaches of Cala St. Vincent not far away. VILLAS

· All villas accommodations will be FULLY cleaned and prepared on your arrival day.
· Bedlinen is changed weekly for two week stays. (Days may vary).
· Mid-week cleans include change of towels, bed making, cleaning of bathrooms, shower rooms, kitchens (does not include washing up).
· Cleaning service: 1 mid week day or 2, depending on the villa (day may vary). (Except Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays or where indicated otherwise).

· Less than 7 days bookings: no maid service is included.
· In winter, all villas have one mid-week cleaning day.
· Pool towels changed during two week stays only.
