Villa Estel is a delightful traditional Pollensa Villa set in the Pollensa countryside area of La Font, amongst natural gardens, yet walkable to the historic town of Pollensa and not far from the beautiful beaches of Cala St. Vicenç and Puerto Pollensa.

Driveway leads you into a parking area shared with the property in the left hand side (please note. villa is not overseen from the parking area). In front, green wood door leads you to the villa's large covered terrace with a splendid tiles table and rattan sofas, ideal for an al fresco dining. From the terrace, wood entrance door opens into a cozy country style fully fitted kitchen/dining room with a traditional wood round dining table.

Archway leads from the dining zone into the living room with its grey sofas and a glass french door that opens out onto the large terrace with access to the pool area.

To the left of the living room a door leads into the master double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and own en suite shower room nicely decorated in beige tiles and dark wood, with a door which gives access to the large covered terrace and utility area.

Leading directly up from the living room, Majorcan traditional stairs with wood hand rails lead up to a twin bedroom and a complete bathroom with shower over the bath decorated in cool blue and white floral tiles.

The magnificent pool is located at the front of the Villa, in the middle of the natural gardens, and is accessed by 4 steps up to both the pool and its surrounding sun terrace which captures stunning countryside views and mountains beyond.

Villa Estel is a semi-detached villa, which is not unusual with this style of classic traditional Mallorcan Villa, but both houses have separate entrances and are not directly overlooked. This is an excellent Pollensa Villa decorated in traditional style for those who wish to spend their holidays surrounded by the purest nature and get away from it all. VILLAS

· All villas accommodations will be FULLY cleaned and prepared on your arrival day.
· Bedlinen is changed weekly for two week stays. (Days may vary).
· Mid-week cleans include change of towels, bed making, cleaning of bathrooms, shower rooms, kitchens (does not include washing up).
· Cleaning service: 1 mid week day or 2, depending on the villa (day may vary). (Except Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays or where indicated otherwise).

· Less than 7 days bookings: no maid service is included.
· In winter, all villas have one mid-week cleaning day.
· Pool towels changed during two week stays only.
