Villa Encanto (Pollensa) Mallorca

Encant is a townhouse located in the center of the beautiful town of Pollensa, only 5 min walking to the main square and only 10min driving to the lovely long sand beaches of Puerto Pollensa and wonderful clear water coves in Cala San Vicente.

A step up leads to the front door which opens into an inner hall where marble stairs with wood handrail lead you up to the house entrance door which opens into a nicely decorated hall. To the right there is a big and bright fully equipped kitchen with wood furniture, long window, TV and access to a spacious partly covered terrace with sofas, bbq and dining table, perfect for an al fresco dining or sipping a cool drink with family and friends. In this terrace, there is also the utility room. To the left of the entry hall, glass French doors open into a delightful large and spacious lounge/dining room with TV, its comfortable cream sofas and handmade wooden furniture.

Directly from the lounge/dining room, further glass French doors lead you to a corridor. To the right, there is a complete bathroom in delightful yellow and white tiles with bath and step in shower recess. To the right, there is also another door with direct access to the kitchen. To the left, there is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a further room with beige sofa and desk, ideal to relax reading or working from home. In front of this room, stairs lead you up to the master bedroom with its low sloping beams, own sofas and en suite shower room nicely decorated in white and marble tiles with its walk-in shower recess. To the end of the corridor, there is another double bedroom decorated with white tones furniture, en suite shower room and direct access to the spacious terrace via sliding doors.

VILLAS

· All villas accommodations will be FULLY cleaned and prepared on your arrival day.
· Bedlinen is changed weekly for two week stays. (From Monday to Friday, days may vary depending on arrival day).
· Mid-week cleans include change of towels, bed making, cleaning of bathrooms, shower rooms, kitchens (does not include washing up).
· Cleaning service: no mid-week cleaning service, 1 mid week day (Only in selected villas. Day may vary. Except Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays or where indicated otherwise). (The cleaning service is specified in the description of each villa).
· Less than 7 days bookings: no maid service is included.
· Pool towels changed during two week stays only.
