Villa Camp (Pollensa) Mallorca

Villa Camp is a recently refurbished delightful Villa in Mallorca. It is located with views onto the Puig de Maria Mountain and is nestled within the Colonya Valley. Villa is easily accessible to Pollensa approx 3-4 mins drive, although if one wishes to walk approx 20 mins (suggested day time only), it is via an unmade rough country track.

Gates open into a driveway that leads directly up to the villa with its super covered terrace. Glass front door opens into the open-plan spacious light and airy contemporary interior.
Off the entry area on the left is a small inner lobby door which leads to a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobe and next to this bedroom is a full bathroom with shower over the bath, decorated in trendy tones of dusky pink and grey. (Note. This bathroom although separate can be used as en suite bathroom to service the twin bedroom), depending on your party needs.

The open- plan lounge/ dining area offers quality fittings and furnishings in bright and vibrant colours, including its black sofa and decorative cushions and feature spot lights throughout. There is a further glass door leading from the lounge TV area that opens onto a small patio area and onto the location of the free standing brick BBQ with small table and chairs located at the side of the house, which has lovely views to the Puig de Maria and mountains, countryside beyond.
From the dining area door leads into a stylish modern kitchen with its bright orange colour scheme, and includes breakfast table and chairs. Large glass sliding doors lead off the dining-lounge onto an open terrace which has direct access to the pool and gardens. Note. Pool can be viewed from both lounge and dining areas.

Leading off the lounge dining leads into a small inner lobby. Door opens into a superb modern spacious master double bedroom with fitted wardrobes one wall and its fabulous ultra modern unique style en suite shower room with step in shower recess (hydro massage facility), with its colour scheme ceramic tiles and fitments in shades of emerald green and black. 

The lovely low chlorine eco-pool is located at the side of the villa nestled amongst nice gardens and surrounds, is surrounded by grass on three sides and open terrace the other. Pool is adjacent to the covered terrace with its exterior dining table and chairs, offering ideal spot to take some shade or alfresco eating.
There is a separate exterior laundry with washing facilities.

Villa Camp is a truly delightful villa in Pollensa, surrounded by well cared gardens, offers delightful views of the countryside beyond, and is located within easy access to Pollensa town with its abundance of side walk cafes and restaurants, with the stunning cove beaches of Cala St. Vicenç only approx 10 mins drive, and for the avid golfer this villa is ideal as Pollensa Golf is only mins drive away.

VILLAS

· All villas accommodations will be FULLY cleaned and prepared on your arrival day.
· Bedlinen is changed weekly for two week stays. (Days may vary).
· Mid-week cleans include change of towels, bed making, cleaning of bathrooms, shower rooms, kitchens (does not include washing up).
· Cleaning service: 1 mid week day or 2, depending on the villa (day may vary). (Except Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays or where indicated otherwise).
· (The cleaning service is specified in the description of each villa).
· Less than 7 days bookings: no maid service is included.
· In winter, all villas have one mid-week cleaning day.
· Pool towels changed during two week stays only.
