Long driveway takes you up to the villa. Covered terrace takes you to the front door. Door opens into the open/plan lounge dining room with its comfortable sofas.

To the right off the dining area door leads through into the typical mallorcan style fully fitted kitchen with its walk in pantry.

From the lounge-Dining two steps lead up to a small inner hall. To the right is a complete bathroom with shower over the bath. To the left is a twin bedroom.

Staircase leads up to a landing.

On the left is a shower room with step in shower recess. On the right a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobe.

A further step up leads to an inner hall, to the left a shower room.

To the right a twin bedroom with fitted robes and 1 double bedroom with freestanding wardrobe.

On the left is the master double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and private en suite complete bathroom.

At the end of the hall a door opens out onto a large uncovered terrace with views over the pool and countryside. Also at the end of the hall is a utility room with washing machine.

Exterior steps lead directly down from this balcony to the pool, gardens.

The lovely large swimming pool located at the front of the Villa is surrounded by terrace on three sides and large sloping lawns the other.  Adjacent to the pool is a brick uncovered BBQ and covered terrace with table and chairs ideal spot to catch some shade or  enjoy alfresco eating around the pool.

The pool location is ideal, exclusive to yourselves staying at the Villa, allows you to take a dip in the pool or relax with a cool drink under the shade of the terrace.

· Mid-week cleans include change of towels, bed making, cleaning of bathrooms, shower rooms, kitchens (does not include washing up).
· Cleaning service: 1 mid week day or 2, depending on the villa (day may vary). (Except Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays or where indicated otherwise).

· Less than 7 days bookings: no maid service is included.
· In winter, all villas have one mid-week cleaning day.
· Pool towels changed during two week stays only.
