We are happy to introduce Villa More Vermell into our portfolio of Villas, a rare opportunity a Mallorca Villa by the sea, and beach approx 80m away. It is located in between Barcares and Mal Pas nestled around the Bay of Pollensa nearby Alcudia. There is no pool at this villa, - your “ swimming pool is the Sea”!.

Steps up lead up to entry door. Opens into an entry corridor.

To the right of the corridor is a a shower room, and bedroom zone which comprise of master double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, and french doors opening out to an open terrace with views, with private complete en suite bathroom. A twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, and fench doors opening out to open terrace.  Further double bedroom with fitted wardrobes french doors open out to open terrace.  Finally a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, french doors open out to open terrace.  Adjacent to all bedrooms is a super stylish complete bathroom in tones of grey tiles which the two twin bedrooms and double bedroom share.

Off the entry stairs lead directly up to a large double bedroom with small lounge area with sofas. Large glass doors open out onto an open balcony with splendid views of the Bay and sea.

A door on the left of the corridor opens into the modern stylish fully fitted kitchen, with a separate utility area, the kitchen has two doors one leading into the dining and lounge and one door leading out to the uncovered exterior terrace, which allows access to the garden and sea.

At the end of the corridor glass french doors open into a super large sunny airy and spacious lounge dining. There are wonderful large comfortable sofas in the lounge zone and stylish glass dining table. Large glass doors open out of the lounge/dining onto the covered terrace which has magnificent and commanding views of the Bay of Pollensa beyond. From this covered terrace 8 steps lead down to the large lawned garden and path that leads directly to the sea. VILLAS

· All villas accommodations will be FULLY cleaned and prepared on your arrival day.
· Bedlinen is changed weekly for two week stays. (Days may vary).
· Mid-week cleans include change of towels, bed making, cleaning of bathrooms, shower rooms, kitchens (does not include washing up).
· Cleaning service: 1 mid week day or 2, depending on the villa (day may vary). (Except Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays or where indicated otherwise).
· (The cleaning service is specified in the description of each villa).
· Less than 7 days bookings: no maid service is included.
· In winter, all villas have one mid-week cleaning day.
· Pool towels changed during two week stays only.
