NORTH MALLORCA BEACHES – SURFING IS THE ORDER OF THE DAY!
Today, we bring you information of some of the best beaches here in the North of Mallorca in the surrounds of Pollensa, being Cala St. Vincent, Puerto Pollensa, Mal Pas and Muro in Alcudia, whether its for a lazy day on the beach, a swim here and there, or for the more energetic a day of surfing!
We are blessed with some of the best, if not the best! most stunning beaches on the Island, especially Muro with its 10km stretch of White soft sand and clear caribe turquoise waters.
One of our staff working with The Best Villas Pollensa, who is from Australia Byron Bay, being a keen surfer, can vouch on our tips below, we are extremely lucky to have within a 10 to 15 min drive the most wonderful beaches we mention below in our área and not to be missed during your stay:-

MURO.
Amazing. For the avid surfer, body surfer, wind surfer or kite surfer, you cannot find better. It stretches over 10klm the whitest of fine sand, shallow waters, so turquoise one could imagine ” you are in the Caribe.” Only approx 10 mins drive from Puerto Pollensa and Pollensa.

PUERTO POLLENSA.
Beautiful horseshoe bay, with Golden sand shelving gently into the wáter.

CALA ST. VINCENT.
3 magnificent coves, like Muro, wonderful turquoise waters. There is also a reef on the Cala Molins beach.

FORMENTOR.
Golden sand, shade of pine trees, clear cristal waters, its where the rich and famous have dipped their tootsies!

MAL PAS.
Nestled around the Bay of Pollensa and before you get to Alcudia Beach. Two delightful Bays, with beach bar, early mornings waters are calm, afternoons can pick up to some excellent waves for body surfing!
Dont forget to pack your boogy boards, knee boards, surfboards in tow, and off you go exploring these lovely beaches.
