Suggested Walks in Pollensa

It is true that Mallorca is known for its perfect crystal clear blue water beaches but our island has many other things to offer. One of these excellent faces our island has to offer you is the Serra de Tramuntana, ideal for those who love hiking and being surrounded by the purest nature.

“If you are one of those who love hiking and sports in general, take a look at our sport villas!”

Today we are pleased to devote this post to those who visit our island wishing to spend their holiday discovering the lesser-known but one of the most beautiful faces of the island. Therefore, we would like to suggest some excursions in the area of the north of Mallorca:

Boquer ValleyCala_Boquer

A beautiful one hour excursion which starts at Puerto Pollensa and ends in a wonderful small crystal clear blue water shingle cove surrounded by mountains where you can enjoy peace and tranquility admiring the wonderful sea views.

Pollensa-Puig-de-MariaPuig de Maria
An easy 50 minutes excursion along an asphalt path in a mountain 335m high which hides a XIV Century Monastery at its summit. There is a small bar and restaurant and a picnic area where you can eat the typical Mallorcan rice cooked with meat and broth “Arròs brut” or “Pa amb oli”. You can also spend the night in one of its cells.

Cala San Vicente

cala carbo

A beautiful 2 hours excursion (there/back) crossing the mountain which starts at Puerto Pollensa and ends at Cala San Vicente, the perfect place to spend the day lying on its idyllic beaches or having lunch in some of the beach bars. You have also the opportunity to walk one way and catch the bus back.
