Once the summer season is over, all the towns in Mallorca welcome autumn, the time of the year when each town celebrates its traditional Fair.
This weekend, 13th, 14th and 15th November, Pollensa hosts its annual traditional Arts and Crafts Fair around the medieval streets of the historical center of this beautiful town. A much awaited event not only for the residents of Pollensa but for all those people who decide to visit our historical town on the second weekend of November in order to enjoy the beauty of the Pollensa Arts and Crafts Fair which offers its visitors the opportunity to discover the wonders which our Mallorcan culture and traditions hide.
Not only the streets are dressed up to celebrate the traditional Arts and Crafts Fair, but most of the craftsmen who sell their handmade products are dressed up in traditional customs. From Mallorcan traditional dishes such as “Panades”, “Cocorrois” or “rubiols” to clothes and jewelery or handmade furniture; all the stalls will bring you a taste of the real Mallorcan traditions.
If you love exploring each and every town, its inhabitants, culture and traditions you cannot miss the Arts and Crafts Fair which, apart from products exhibitions, offers you the opportunity to learn more about the town and its history through the different art, music or dance events held during the weekend.
If you are lucky to visit Pollensa on 13th, 14th and 15th November, do not miss the Arts and Crafts Fair 2015, one of the most important traditional events in the town of Pollensa.
