Thank you for your email. Everyone had a fantastic time on our holiday Villa Tatoli was great.

Some feedback: All members of our party thought the levels of service from Best Villas Pollensa was exceptional. In fact by far the best service from any travel company we have used. This was the first time my wife and I were traveling with our baby daughter, so it was very important to us on this holiday to feel comfortable that things would go smoothly, and you absolutely achieved that. All our emails were responded to in a very short space of time, the booking requirements taken were very comprehensive. The car hire arrangement that you organized with us was great value and went very smoothly. We found the car hire contacts very friendly and professional and handover very easy. Having a zero excess / fully comprehensive policy was perfect for us. We would not change anything about this at all, and would definitely use this service in future. The villa actually surpassed our (already high) expectations. In short, we will certainly be booking any future Majorca trips through you. We are keenly awaiting you publishing 2013 holiday prices on your website. Keep up the good work.

Everything was perfect at Villa Cisterna, tennis court and pool especially.

I just wanted to send you thanks for a great holiday. We have been coming to Pollensa for the past 5 years, and this holiday was the best we have had for a number of reasons! Son Cisterna is a fabulous villa – I really cant fault anything about it. We have previously booked villas through a number of well known companies, but Best Villas Pollensa beats them all – your service has been fantastic all the way through, from the initial email contact to all our contacts since, and the maid service you provided once we were there. The daily maid service and fresh towels was a real treat, unmatched by all of your competitors! Thank you again for a great holiday – we are already planning to return next year, and Son Cisterna is top of our list!.

We enjoyed our villa holiday at Villa Sort. Nothing that would have improved our stay, everything was excellent, maid service, location, facilities at the villa, furnishings, BBQ area and well kept grounds, arrangements of holiday. Villa Location was superb walkable to town of Pollensa. Car Hire excellent regards collection drop off no fuss swift and easy.
