The car hire (which in our experience is one of the most stressful aspects of this type of holiday) – was perfect. We simply met your representative in the car park at the airport – confirmed our identity and were given the keys. And, on the way back, we parked in the car park saw your rep and handed over the keys – a big smile and a thank you and that was it! No queues, no hassles, no walking around the car looking for the tiniest mark that may or may not have been there before, no pushy sales trying to make us buy unnecessary “extras”. This was genuinely the best car hire “experience” we have had in over 10 years of villa and car rentals – thank you to the VivesCars team.

The car hire arrangements are absolutely top class – no waiting in long queues, you go straight to the multi storey car park, which is just across the way from the Arrivals exit, and the car is there ready and waiting. All the paper work completed online before you go. It costs a little extra but is well worth it.

This was the best hire car service I have ever used in 10 years of coming to Mallorca. The procedures were thorough before hand, and made the arrival and collection of the car so easy; one signature and we were driving away in 10 minutes. The condition of the car was fair, with a couple of scrapes, but it was mechanically sound and economical for the week we were there. It was excellent value for money within the cost of the villa hire and even the extra insurance and upgrade were reasonably priced. 10 out of 10 for the hire car.
