Today, we talk about the delightful train ride from Sa Pobla to Palma<\/strong>.\u00a0 For those of you who are here staying with us or planning to come later in the year, who may wish to enjoy.<\/p>\n Although all our guests have cars, staying at our Villas, sometimes its \u00a0rather nice to leave ones car at home for a change, \u00a0\u00a0and instead, \u00a0jump on a train to ones destination without the worry of where to park in the middle of a city, especially, if one is not familiar with parking zones available, going round and round in circles.<\/p>\n A tip<\/strong> you may like to hear, as\u00a0we are lucky that\u00a0just around the corner from Pollensa is Sa Pobla,<\/strong> where there is the \u00a0facility\u00a0to catch the \u00a0train ride down to Palma, we thought you may be interested.<\/p>\n You\u00a0drive to Sa Pobla less than 10 mins away from Pollensa or your Villas,\u00a0 parking is a breeze,\u00a0at \u00a0large car park\u00a0directly\u00a0adjacent to the ticket box and railway station, which proves very convenient.\u00a0\u00a0The railway station is\u00a0 easy to find once you arrive into Sa Pobla.<\/p>\n The train ride down to\u00a0Palma,\u00a0although takes longer to reach than the journey down by car, and even longer than the bus, however, it is worthwhile, \u00a0as you can relax enjoying the countryside of Mallorca, \u00a0that probably you would not have the opportunity to enjoy and absorb whilst driving, the train stops at various places en route, \u00a0such as Inca, Alaro, Binissalem, Consell, Santa Maria and Marratxi before its final destination Palma Station which is located in the heart of the City at the Plaza Espana.<\/strong><\/p>\n Plaza Espana<\/strong> could not be a more ideal location, as you have many of Palmas most appreciated stores and shops\u00a0nearby the station,\u00a0its an easy walk down the\u00a0rambling and interesting\u00a0streets bypassing many shops in the older quarter of the town, down to the Borne which offers wonderful shops as Zara Home, Boss and many other designer label stores, to name a few.<\/p>\n On your return to catch your train back to Sa Pobla, if you\u2019re a little early, don\u2019t worry, \u00a0there is a super Caf\u00e9 next door to the station, with its interior designed like an old fashioned train, which is rather unique, for you to enjoy the ambience before catching your train back home.<\/p>\n On arrival back to Sa Pobla, you have the convenience\u00a0of your car \u00a0awaiting right next to the station, all you have to do, \u00a0is drive back a few mins into Pollensa in time before the sun goes down, to enjoy a quick swim in your villas private pool before dinner in the evening,\u00a0 what nicer way <\/strong>ending off your enjoyed\u00a0train ride down to palma earlier in the day.<\/p>\n It\u2019s an enjoyable ride down to Palma, relaxing and car parking “stress\u00a0free”,\u00a0\u00a0 we feel sure you will enjoy the trip. \u00a0\u00a0As the time table may change without our knowledge, we do recommend prior to making the Trip you enquire with the Tourist Office for the update of time tables for the train.<\/p>\n We hope you enjoy our tip<\/strong> for the day! whether your enjoying a holiday in Pollensa at the moment, or planning to arrive soon…..<\/p>\n Wishing you all a nice day.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong>THE BEST VILLAS POLLENSA<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Dear All Today, we talk about the delightful train ride from Sa Pobla to Palma.\u00a0 For those of you who are here staying with us or planning to come later in the year, who may wish to enjoy.
