In order to preserve one of the most iconic and prestigious spots on the astonishing Serra de Tramuntana, declared a Word Heritage Site by the UNESCO, the traffic to the Formentor lighthouse is regulated during summer season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
With the main aim to conserve this natural heritage of the Serra de Tramuntana, traffic on the Formentor road (Ma-2210) from Puerto Pollen\u00e7a to the lighthouse will be restricted from 10h to 22.30h during summer season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/strong>At the beginning of the road from Puerto Pollensa to Formentor you will find a barrier and traffic lights. In case the barrier is open and traffic light in green, that means the parking is not full, so you can drive with your car to the beach of Formentor (Please NOTE NOT to the LIGHTHOUSE). In case the traffic light is red and barrier closed, that means the parking is full and\u00a0 the ACCESS to the BEACH is PROHIBITED.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
