{"id":261,"date":"2012-11-10T09:35:43","date_gmt":"2012-11-10T09:35:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.thebestvillaspollensa.com\/blog\/?p=261"},"modified":"2012-12-13T12:16:15","modified_gmt":"2012-12-13T12:16:15","slug":"19th-pollensa-annual-arts-and-crafts-fair-2012","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thebestvillaspollensa.com\/blog\/19th-pollensa-annual-arts-and-crafts-fair-2012\/","title":{"rendered":"19th POLLENSA ANNUAL ARTS AND CRAFTS FAIR 2012"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thebestvillaspollensa.com\/blog\/19th-pollensa-annual-arts-and-crafts-fair-2012\/firapollensa\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-265\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-265\" title=\"firapollensa\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thebestvillaspollensa.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/firapollensa-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.thebestvillaspollensa.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/firapollensa-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.thebestvillaspollensa.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/firapollensa.jpg 900w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>Dear All<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Once again<\/strong>, its that time of year\u00a0 when Pollensa holds its wonderful fair that both visitors and residents nearby in the township itself and also those living on the Island, who travel each year to this<strong> &#8221; fine event&#8221;<\/strong> \u00a0to\u00a0enjoy a whole range of stalls exhibiting local goods and produce many of which of excellent quality displaying Balearic craft at its very best, allowing craftsmen to display their works, many of which are hand made.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The range of exhibitions and stalls are located around Cloisters Convento de Santo Domingo, nestled around and within the towns quaint narrow streets, and main squares offering\u00a0an enjoyable ambience for all either\u00a0\u00a0simply wondering around, or taking a break on a side walk caf\u00e9, before exploring more.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The variety of items is just amazing and can range from local handicrafts, \u00a0fashion, jewellery, animals, decoration including typical Mallorcan fabrics and clothing , woven baskets, plants, and not forgetting\u00a0Mallorcan gastronomy including\u00a0extraordinary array\u00a0of\u00a0\u00a0local cheeses, meat produce, homemade jams, local wines and much more!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">There are fairs, there are markets, and all are very similar, as well know, \u00a0yet we are proud of \u00a0the <strong>annual Pollensa Arts and Crafts fair<\/strong> held \u00a02<sup>nd<\/sup> week in November each and every year, for the fact,\u00a0its rather\u00a0unique, due to its fabulous range and variety\u00a0of arts, crafts\u00a0 and other exhibited, many of which to a high standard overall, together with\u00a0\u00a0its location that certainly adds to the electric atmosphere, \u00a0that so many come from miles away to enjoy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>So\u2026\u2026..!!
