Pollensa Wine Fair"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Since 2004, the year when the association \u201cAssociaci\u00f3 Vi Primitiu de Pollen\u00e7a\u201d decided to organize the first wine fair in Pollensa in order to let the <strong>wineries in the Balearic Island<\/strong> promote their products, the <strong>Pollensa Wine Fair<\/strong> has become one of the most awaited annual events not only for winemakers and professionals but also for a huge number of people who simply wish to enjoy a weekend tasting and learning about our wine culture.<\/p>\n<p>One of the main attractions of this fair is the location as it is held in the astonishing <strong>Cloister of Santo Domingo<\/strong> in Pollensa, built by the Dominicans between sixteenth and seventeenth century and where nowadays most of the
