A stone arch leads through directly off the lounge into the countrystyle large fully fitted, kitchen-family/dining. A door leads out of the kitchen-family to the back uncovered patio and BBQ area.

Leading off the lounge through a further stone arch leads to an inner hall which is located a large double bedroom with freestanding wardrobe. Adjacent to this bedroom is a shower room nicely decorated in decorative yellow and white tiles. At the end of the hall is a utility room which has adoor leading out to the back patio.

Stairs lead directly up from the lounge to a landing. To the left is the large master double bedroom suite with its super 2m bed, large walk in robe-dressing area and en suite complete bathroom with its Jacuzzi bath and shower over the bath, bathroom is decorated in classic royal blue and white tiles. A door leads out of this bedroom onto a large uncovered balcony with views beyond and down onto the pool below. To the right leads to a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, and adjacent is a delightful complete bathroom with shower over the bath decorated with light turquoise and white tiles. Also on this landing is a further twin bedroom with its large walk in robe - dressing area. Both twin bedrooms share the complete bathroom.

The lovely pool is situated at the front of the villa and is surrounded by patio on all sides. The covered entry porch offers ideal spot for shade enjoying a cool drink overlooking the pool. The uncovered built in stone BBQ is situated at the back of the Villa and can be accessed from the pool down the side of the Villa.

Villa Lila is an ideal Villa due to its location walkable into the old town pollensa. Also if you wish to bring family and friends its smaller sister Villa Mimosa is next door.
