1 – Promoter
This competition is promoted and organized by the company “The Best Villas Pollensa SL”, hereinafter referred to as “Promoter”, located in C/Picapedrers, Solar B11, Poligono Industrial, 07460 Pollença.
2 – Competition
The participation in this competition allows the participants, who have booked with us in 2015 and send us some photos of their holidays, to win a free week stay in one of our villas (arrival day from April 2nd to May 28th).
Given that this competition is among the participants, it does not require Civil Government involvement.
Promoter ensures that it is a fair, impartial and unquestionable competition.
This competition is only for people over the age of 18.
Workers, Promoter family members or representatives, advertising agencies, sponsors and coordinators of the company or any other person who has access to the competition information cannot participate in this competition.
The competition participants are those clients who have confirmed the booking of some of our villas from 01.01.2015 to 31.12.2015, independently of the booking dates.
Participants are responsible for the information they provide and therefore for the possible falsification of this information.
3 – Participants
The participants are all those clients who have booked some of our villas, independently of their booking dates, providing that the booking confirmation has taken place from 01.01.2015 to 31.12.2015 and send us some photos of their holidays in some of our villas.
4 – Prizes
The competition prize is:
One free week stay from 02.04.2016 to 28.05.2016 in one of our under promotion villas (6 or 8 sleeps) and a free Group B car (Seat Ibiza or similar).
5 – Competition dates
This competition is not permanent and does not limit the number of participants. The starting date is the same as the date this competition is published online and the completion date may vary.
6 – Winner selection
The Best Villas Pollensa staff will decide among all those photos received which is the funniest one. The winner will be announced by the end of January 2016.
If the participant information is false, the participant will be automatically disqualified.
7 – Winner notification
The winner will be notified by email or telephone from 23.01.2016 to 31.01.2016.
If the participants change their personal information without notice, the Promoter is not responsible.
The winner can accept the prize within 30 days after the prize notification.
8 – Prize delivery
The winner will be able to enjoy 7 days in one of our villas, including a free group B car (Seat Ibiza or similar).
The booking confirmation will be sent to the winner by email (the email address provided to the Promoter).
The winner is not allowed to exchange the value of the prize for money or any other product or service.
9 – Obligations and legality
The Promoter, its partners and the sponsors are not responsible for any damage, loss, accident, if the participants or any member of their family dies and any other reason which prevents the enjoyment of the prize.
10 – Transferability and taxes
Prizes are not transferable to third parties.
The winner will be responsible for the expenses caused by the enjoyment of the prize such as flights, transfers to the villa, etc.
The prize only includes the stay in the villa during the agreed period.
11 – Exclusion conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to exclude or disqualify the participant who tries to manipulate the participation process, the competition or any of the rules established in this regulation.
12 – Privacy Policy
The participants are aware and accept this regulation.
The participant information will be automatically processed by the Promoter who will be responsible for the protection of archives.
However, the users acknowledge that the information on the internet is not totally protected against possible misuse and they are responsible for the passwords, codes or sensitive and confidential information sent.
The Best villas Pollensa SL rigorously complies with the requirements of the Data Protection Act as well as its development regulations.
The information provided will be used with the main aim to indentify the participants in case they are the winners and to notify them as well as to send them information and advertising about future product sales.
The contact with the participants will be by email, telephone or letter.
The participants allow us to upload their photos to our facebook profile and blog.
The right to modify and disagreement is guaranteed by sending us an email to info@thebestvillaspollensa.com.
13 – Terms
The Promoter reserves the right to change, reduce, postpone or extend the competition in the event of any illegal or fraudulent activity or any external factor which affects the competition beyond the control of the Promoter.
The participants do not have the right to any compensation.
The websites where this competition is published can be closed for a time to carry out maintenance operations or for any other reasons beyond the control of the technical team. However, any kind of compensation to the participants will be offered. In order to minimize any loss, we will try to carry out these operations as soon as possible.
14 – Cancelation options
The Promoter and the partners reserve the right to cancel or end the competition at any time and without notice.
The Promoter reserves the right to modify, extend or end this regulation without notice due to force majeure reasons.
The Promoter is not responsible for any human or technical error which may occur during the competition process.
15 – Webpage links and contents
The Promoter is not responsible for the external linked websites.
16 – Governing Law and dispute resolutions
This competition is exclusively governed by the Spanish laws. Any discrepancy or problem between both parties will be issued to the courts where the company is registered.
If any problem, which is not established in this regulation, appears, the Promoter will deal with it according to the laws set out in this regulation, which can be changed without notice.
The participation in this competition means the acceptance of the conditions established in this document.
