This is a Mallorcan family, two storey villa, which features beautiful wooden, beamed ceilings and traditional styling throughout. The entrance hall with open fireplace leads into the large dining room, with its formal lving area and wrought iron fireplace; patio doors lead to a large patio area. Next to this is a cosy sitting room with leather sofas, which features windows on two sides, and has satellite tv and a dvd player; as well as air-conditioning. The rustic, Spanish style kitchen is adjacent – it is well equipped (including a dishwasher) and has a large breakfast table. The villa has four spacious bedrooms, one bedroom is located on the ground floor and there is a separate large bathroom. The other three bedrooms are on the first floor. The master bedroom is entered through a dressing area and features an ornate, antique Spanish double bed, as well as a useful writing desk. The other two bedrooms are colourfully decorated twin bedrooms, each with ample wardrobe space and a pretty table and chairs. There are two upstairs bathrooms, one with a corner bath.
Outside there is a separate room which is home to the poolside dining area, with patio doors along one wall this is an ideal place for family meals on balmy evenings. The room has a fully fitted kitchen, with oven, hob and grill. In addition, the building houses the laundry room, with its washing machine and an additional fridge-freezer.
The villa is accessed via a gated driveway, and is set in mature private gardens. There is a fish pond full of Koi carp, lovely lawned areas, covered terraces and natural gardens. This is a great destination for anyone who enjoys their home comforts but wants to experience a little of the real Mallorca too. |
