Villa Ca Na Carmen is conveniently situated in open countryside – just 3km from the old town of Pollença and ten minutes by car from the amenities of Puerto Pollença.
Inside the villa is comfortably furnished. The ground floor is open-plan, giving the lounge, dining area and kitchen a great feeling of spaciousness and light. The villa has a wood burning stove, so with the satellite tv and dvd player making it perfect for cosy nights in either early or late in the season.
There are three bedrooms in the villa, the first double bedroom can be found on the ground floor, with the bathroom adjacent to it. Off the lounge is a staircase leading to two pretty interconnected twin bedrooms and a terrace.
Outside there is a dining terrace, which overlooks the lawned gardens and leads to the swimming pool and the sun terrace. In addition, outside there is a portable barbecue and a shower room with toilet.
