RESERVING WITH US IS EASY
Our aim – is to provide the best personal service possible to you before, during and after your stay.
We take your reservation directly – which means you receive one to one personal basis to assist your finer details of holiday requirements. Choose the villa from our online brochure or website, contact us via e.mail or telephone to our friendly dedicated reservations team. Due to our experience, inside knowledge of each of our villas we are in a position to also guide, suggest, or even choose a villa for you, based on your finer details, if the one you preferred is already reserved.
When you reach your villa – you will find your FREE welcome hamper, which includes basic ingredients to get you started, including a bottle of wine. During your stay we supply you FREE pool towels, swimming pool will be regularly cleaned by our discreet maintenance staff, we supply you with bed linen, towels, maid service. In addition, we can take care of the little things which matter so much on holiday – supplying you with a FREE travel cot or high chair. Arranging special requests bicycle hire, catering to your villa, or the pointing you in the right direction to the best jewellers for that “special present”.
Needing assistance – Our resort office is open 6 days a week and we offer an emergency phone contact service.
Whether there is only two of you or eight – our desire and aim is the villa you stay in is a home from home during your holiday – where you have nothing to worry about other than “what to do next”!
